The Secret

After joining Fujisu, I got the first project and that to onsite. WOW! Great guns going. I was living the life like a king. Helsinki, Finland is really a nice place to live in and enjoy. I stay there for 45 days and have enjoyed each and every moment. The job was also good; I can say it was the best time in my job also. I was doing good and good things are coming in return. But it did not last much and I have to return back on 25 Dec 07. From then not yet got another chance. During my trip to Europe, I learn many things and will never forget one learning that is "Don’t just keep your rules but respect and maintain them".

After a year from the return of my first trip to Europe, I found a good novel named "The Secret". I will not tell anything about the book because if you are reading this then you have to read that book too. After reading it, I have now started applying the knowledge; I have gained from "The Secret", in my own life. I have applied it for small things and results are outstanding. So I now want to go for the best. I know that I will be a billionaire within two years and that’s the only truth I want to visualize every moment. I don’t know how but I know it’s true. A genie behind me is always saying "Your wish, my command". So I want to have great wishes so those will be the commands for my genie. I just don’t believe I can, I know I can achieve this.

While facing the ups and downs of life, I just remember one thing that "the rung of a ladder was never meant to rest upon but to hold your foot long enough to take the other foot higher." So look at your destiny and don’t frown, you never know who is falling in love with your smile :). Keep smiling and move ahead. While I can run, I'll run; while I can walk, I'll walk; when I can only crawl, I'll crawl. But by the grace of God, I'll always be moving forward.

Another step ahead but still far from..

To be a part of big organisation is altotally a different experience then from a small organisation. In a small one you can have more exposure and more experience on your technical expects whereas in a big one you will get less chance to grow in terms of technical but you too can grow in different perspects. I have experience in EDI and now I will be into SAP practice. Its better to know something more then just your own technical field. I am in Pune now and its really interesting to live outside Orissa for the first time. Lots of things are to be considered. Along with happiness there is somewhere somehow an awkard feeling. I dont know what it is but yeah its going in my life. Probably I have to be a little bit more extrovert. Thats the point where i am lacking now. I have to beleive myself and move towards the best way that I can found.

Stepping Stone

Its a long time, almost 11 months that I have not written anything not coz of I dont have any words to write but coz of I was a bit busy in my office works but its the high time to relax for few days and to jump for another step in my career path. I will say that I have now jumped my first stepping stone in my career path. I have an offer in my hand and I am thinking to utilise this oppertunityin its finest way. Oppertunity will not come to your home rather you have to open your door and let that oppertunity come inside your way. I have an offer from Fujitsu on 1st June 2007 and I am going to join Fujitsu very soon at Pune. I have to join them before one month notice period and its really a tough time for me to leave my current organisation because they are not willing to leave me but still then I have to move forward in my career path. The package they are going to offer me is double of what I am getting now and I will work in the same domain EDI. During all this One thing that I learned is "If you want something you never had, Do something that you have never done!". I want to move forward in my life then I have to leave somthing behind then only I can go ahead and this time I have to leave ESSPL to have Fujitsu in my hand. Another thing is that "You have to listen more then you speak" then only you will have more knowledge on what you are going to speak.

Confidence

Confidence is something that comes from your mind and goes to all others heart.If you are not confident on your self then how can u believe that somebody else will believe you.Your decisions are going to judge you till your destiny and your work is the driver who will accompany you till u reach your destiny.No one can make you feel inferior without your own concern.So just have the confidence inside you so that the fire to succed will remain inside you.Confidence is also corelated with your selfesteem in the sense that if you have a high selfesteem then you are being motivated and thus have self-confidence.To make your dreams come true .....you have to have the confidence inside you in each and every step of your career path.

Work Place

I am working in ESS(Enterprise System Solution).Its really a good place to learn more and its depend on me that how much i can gather exprience from ESS.We are four working in GENTRAN Project based on EDI(me,Mousumi,Lambodar,Ashish)....all of us just dont work but have fun within ourself and in our environment.My project leader Joydeep is very very intelligent and smart worker.He always says us that "do smart work ","Express yourself","Open up","What ever u r doing u r doing 4 urself...so do it up to ur best".My training is going on and i am going to start my project from next week.....and thinking about this really makes me excited.Though i am waiting my project to start but still then lots of things are going on in my mind that how am i going to perform.How ever what ever is happening is really interesting.

1st Salary

etting the 1st salary makes me feel that i m on the top of the world.Its a small amount...i mean its the salary for 1st 11days in my professional career.Its really interesting to have my 1st salary.I feel that now i m on my own feet....I m independent now........but still then a feeling of responsiblity also comes in my mind that i have to go a long path ......till my ultimate goal is being reached ......and its just a milestone not an achievement.My destiny is to have my own software industry and to have a place in the software industry so that the whole world will know me.By the way after getting my 1st salary i first say it to my mom and she is really happy 4 me.I have enjoyed the whole day.I went 4 movies and then shoping.

Express Yourself

"If you want to build a castle of your own thn you have to do hard work in the begining and smart work aftermath.You have to carry the bricks to your castle by youself from the begining". Means you have to do both hard and smart work effactively and efficiently to get your destiny.For all those things you have to express yourself.That is....."If you have one pound of learning thn you require ten pounds of common sense to apply it." You know what you are and what you can do,so if you are unable to express yourself thn u cannt build your castle and if you cannt thn how can u be the king."What you thnk u are,what u think u can Either makes you great or ll make u fool".We nned to be open up.We have to express ourself so that other ll believe you.

Expectation

Make high dreams but never ever expect that must be fullfilled.If you ll expect from your dreams thn that ll attach u with that particular thing coz expectation creates attachment to that particular thing and if that expectation ll not be fullfilled thn u became wrath and thn every thing goes wrong.Lord Krishna says that "Do your work but never expect any thing from that nor do attach with the outer thinsgs.Detachment is very important."

Very First step to The Career path

Its really important for everybody to have their first step to the career path in a well balanced,calculated and verified way.Everyone must have a goal.......n that goal must be high.......n that goal should be the driver of our actions ......i mean goal should not be the passenger of our destiny but it should be the driver so that it can how the path to our ultimate destiny.Each n every step in our career path should be well planed and we ve to be prepared for our next step that we r thinking to take........coz time is crucial n time never waits anybody .....so we have to catch the time n ve to walk along side ...........n not to run after it neither we have to move ahead of it so we ve to go step by step with time.I have join ESS recently n now i m a trainee consultant .This is the first company of my career path.I got through ESS on 4th feb 2006.
